During Champagne + Fromage events, you will discover some of the premium award winning grower Champagnes. Come and learn why Champagne can be so unique.

Our monthly Champagne tastings allows you to try and enjoy some of our favorite Champagne.

It consists of tasting Three Champagne and each of then is especially paired with a french farmhouse cheese and guided by one of our tutor.

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase Champagnes and cheeses on the evening.

Which Champagne are you? And which is cheese, do you like the most?

Are you the fresh, light and dry blanc de blancs? Are you the Pinot noir type? Is Brut really your favorite Champagne? Those are questions you will be able to answer after this lovely time spent with us.

Who we are

The brainchild of entrepreneurial husband and wife team, Stefano Frigerio and Maud Fierobe, and together with Leblais's Brothers, Champagne + Fromage is an artisan bistro and deli secreted away on Wellington Street and Gallic at its most gorgeous: displays of Champagne, cheeses and charcuteries make for quite the chic centrepiece, whilst mismatched furniture and reclaimed materials complete the picture.
