Colder weather and shorter days are ahead of us, so back to the Karate Academy we go!Join us Wednesday at 7:15pm for an indoor practice at the Karate Academy on 45th Street at North Colley Avenue near ODU.
Street parking & a bike rack is available.
Please wait in the lobby & seating area until the class before us is dismissed (shortly after 7pm). Signs will be posted guiding you to the back room where we will practice.
As always, the class is donation-based (pay what you can or what you feel the class is worth) and appropriate for all levels of ability.
IMPORTANT: *NO SHOES* on the mat floors, please! You may practice directly on the dojo mat or bring your own mat/towel. Limited amounts of props are available for you to borrow (blocks, straps, blankets, mats) and as always, bring whatever you'd like to make your practice as enjoyable as possible.
Bhav Brigade classes always benefit non-profit organizations. At least 25% of donations will benefit the gift-giving program at Tidewater Friends of Foster Care, where we sponsor at least one child's birthday gifts each month - thank you for your help!!
