5Rhythms class at Headingley Methodist Church Hall. Wednesdays.Doors open 6:45pm. Class 7pm to 9pm.
This weekly class is an invitation to connect with yourself and others, to uncover your own creativity, to let yourself go, and to find the joy in being human.
There are no steps to learn, but creative guidance and great music to help you find your unique dance, and to keep on finding it.
This class is suitable for people of all kinds and all ages. Whether you feel fit or unfit, shy or confident, free or frozen, you are welcome.
