Walking for wellbeing with Cambrian Village Trust, this time we are going off site.
We will meet at the usual place, entrance of Cambrian Lakeside Cafe at 10am
Lauren will drive us to Cardiff Bay Barrage, where we will wander and end with a cuppa in teh cafe (on us)
To bring:
Walking shoes
Money/card for any snacks or extra drinks (CVT will buy each participant a drink in the a cafe after the walk)
Any medications eg asthma pumps etc
