We will meet at the St. Joes high school track at 6:15pm every Wednesday. We meet at the 100 meter start line. Bring water and a towel in case we do some planks or abs ?. Anyone is welcomed to come out, and everything is done at your own level. So fast or slow, new or seasoned, you will fit right in.
