Wednesday night meditation: Grant Park Meditation Mindfulness Practice

Join us for an enlightening Dharma talk with Geshe Ngawang Phende, a renowned teacher from the Drepung Loseling Monastery, who will guide us on transforming negative emotions. Meditation and mindfulness is a tool to help us on the path towards relieving the sufferings of life by changing our mindset, discovering our inner self, and realizing reality.

Usually the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm is the talk (~ 1 hour), followed by meditation (~ 15 minutes).

One Sunday of the month is basic guided meditation at 2pm.

Next: Wed April 22 at 7:30pm and Sunday March 22 2pm

Atlanta Grant Park Meditation is based at Chua Quang Minh, one of ATL's oldest Buddhist temples. We blend ancient wisdom with modern practices to bring peace to our fast-paced community. Everyone is welcome to attend, and events are offered for free. Please wear comfortable and modest attire.
