Quang Minh Temple is honored to welcome Geshe Ngawang Phende, a resident Tibetan monk from the Drepung Loseling Monastery in Brookhaven. Geshe-la will lead a Dharma Talk and meditation session.
This session will focus on mindfulness meditation, with a dedication of the practice for the benefit of all beings. The session will be conducted in English.
We’re excited to host two monthly sessions open to everyone—whether you’re new to Buddhism or have prior experience. These sessions, conducted in English, will typically take place on a Wednesday evening (7:30 PM–9:00 PM) and a Sunday afternoon (2:00 PM–3:00 PM) each month. We hope you’ll join us!
