Quang Minh Temple is honored to welcome Geshe Ngawang Phende, a resident Tibetan monk from the Drepung Loseling Monastery in Brookhaven. Geshe-la will lead a Dharma Talk and meditation session.
This session will focus on mindfulness meditation, with a dedication of the practice for the benefit of all beings. The session will be conducted in English.
We are excited to host two monthly sessions open to everyone—whether you're new to Buddhism or have prior experience. These sessions, held in English, will take place on the first Wednesday and the second Sunday of each month.
