YOGA WITH JO
We are very excited to introduce new Yoga classes for all our Blaze members, friends and families.
Classes will be run by one of our incredible Blaze parent Jo Harbisher in The Crags Studio space with all equipment provided.
First block of four weekly classes in June is available to book on class for kids:

Few words about Jo:
Jo has a wealth of experience and has been practising yoga for over 35 years after starting out with Iyengar yoga as a child.
She mainly teaches ashtanga yoga in her classes but can teach yin, restorative, kids, chair yoga and yoga nidra.
She has a strong interest in breathwork and more recently myofascial release (MFR) and incorporates these in to her classes for overall well being as well as working with athletes to enhance their sport performance.
Jo’s nature is very joyful and friendly with community being at the heart of her classes. Her classes are suitable for all abilities from beginners and up so there is something for everyone.
