Our Wednesday Student Runs are Back! All Students are warmly invited to attend our Wednesday morning runs.
We are looking forward to hopefully seeing some new faces this year!
We meet at 7:30 am each Wednesday from the statues by the Union Bridge/ the Staff Club, North Dunedin.
These are easy and social group runs. They are intended to be primarily fun rather than ‘training sessions’ designed to maximise a performance benefit.
Depending on the number of people, we may run as one group or split into packs based on desired speed and distance.
In the past, these runs have typically been between 7 and 9 km but we can vary depending on what people want.
