Join me for the Wednesday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class, each Wednesday, from 6:30 till 7:30pm, at The Elgar Centre, Upton, Northampton, NN5 4EN!We will work with tightness in the hips, restoring blood and fluid circulation there and in the lower back. You will get an idea of your core and ways to support it to be vibrant and strong.
This class will make your body toned and flexible, and at the end of the class, you will feel lighter and more at one with the world!
Students claim these classes have helped them with hip arthritis, lower back issues, better night sleep, more energy, stronger and toned body
It is £9.00 per a session, Pay As You Go.
