Wednesday Afternoon Sound Bath with Guided Meditation and Reiki

Veianya will provide you with a relaxing mid-week break. Enjoy the sounds from a variety of healing instruments. There will also be a guided meditation and Veianya will send Reiki energy to all of the participants. These sessions will be kept small and intimate.

If you purchase a floor ticket, please bring a yoga mat or whatever you'd need to lay comfortably on the floor with.

All participants are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, water, and/or anything else needed to be comfortable during the session.
