Join Claudine for this refreshing, low-impact practice designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase your range of motion—all while being supported by the gentle resistance of water.
🌊 The buoyancy of the pool helps take pressure off the joints, making it the perfect practice for all bodies and all levels of experience.
🗓 Session 1: Monday evenings, 5:00–6:00 PM, July 7 – August 11
