Join instructor Missy (Shadowcat Sophie) of Alate Circus Arts as part of the incredible team of instructors at Twin Cities Trapeze Center (TC2) for Lyra (Aerial Hoop) classes!Lyra, or Aerial Hoop, is metal apparatus where you can learn shapes, sequences and spins. In this beginner-to-intermediate level class, we’ll work on proper body position, muscle use and balance to master foundational moves. Students with more experience will work on building to more complex combinations and poses. You’ll build your strength, flexibility and confidence in the air!
