About this Event
Suggested prerequisites for this class: Intro to Abstract Acrylics or Intermediate Abstract Acrylics.
Instructor: Roberta Dyer
Express yourself and tell your own story. We will begin with a session of loose, gestural life drawing with a clothed model and then in weeks two and three you will use some of those sketches to create unique paintings using unusual compositions, painting, collage, drawing, whatever you like.
One-time model fee of $7 payable to the instructor.
Supply List:
- Sketch paper, newsprint or whatever you have, but no smaller than 18x24.
- Something to support your paper on an easel - a sketch board, heavy cardboard, etc.
- Vine charcoal or crayons, soft lead pencils, pens.
- One or two 20x20 or 24x24 or larger canvases or boards.
- Paints, collage material, charcoal, pencils, pens, crayons, etc.
