Join us on Halloween night for a free spooktacular celebration on the WEC Grand Plaza from 6:30pm to 9pm on Friday, October 31.
Gather your family and embark on a trick-or-treating adventure, parade through the plaza on the way to cookie and pumpkin decorating, capture family memories with a photo op and enjoy live music and spirited entertainment from our talented balloon artist and face painter.
Don’t miss the Hocus Pawcus Canine Costume Contest the weekend before on Saturday, October 25.
