Christina will explore why Interoception & co-regulation are the pre-requisites to self regulation and provide strategies to support.
This is for parents, teachers & professionals working with kids & individuals who are Autistic, ADHD, ODD, PDA, trauma affected & have anxiety.
After the event a link will be emailed out watch or re-watch the session. The email will also include a copy of the notes and a certificate of participation.
Christina Keeble is an Autistic & ADHD public speaker. She is a fully qualified teacher with a Masters in Special Education, a published researcher in Psychology & a mum to 2 Autistic PDAers. She has been in the field since 2002 and is the COO National PEKE Centre.
