Join me and Frack, an adorable educational ambassador skunk, at our fun and educational Weaving with a Skunk event.
Learn the traditional Eastern Woodlands art of pine needle basket weaving in the presence of Frack while also learning about the symbolism and importance of skunks for the indigenous tribes of Virginia. Every participant will have a beautiful and unique pine needle weaving to take home.
The cost is $30 and includes the materials to create a traditional pine needle weaving, a fun meet and greet with Frack, photo opportunities with him, and lots of sweet skunk love. Your registration supports skunk rescue and rehabilitation in addition to the lifelong care, feeding, enrichment, and veterinary services for the educational ambassador skunks, such as Frack.
