Have you ever wondered what it takes to truly listen—and help others feel genuinely heard? Think about a moment when someone made you feel seen, understood, and valued. What made that conversation different?
Join us for an engaging, hands-on evening at BloomHouse where you'll strengthen your communication skills, practice deep listening, and experience the power of circles to build meaningful relationships.
Whether you’re new to circle dialogue or looking to deepen and practice your facilitation and interpersonal skills - this training will be equally valuable. We'll begin by exploring the foundations of active listening and meaningful communication before transitioning into the practice of circle keeping.
Circles create intentional spaces where people can share their stories, discover shared values, and build trust across differences. During this interactive training, you'll learn the core principles of circle facilitation, participate in a circle alongside fellow community members, and gain practical tools you can use to foster connection in your workplace, neighborhood, organization, or everyday life.
By the end of the evening, you'll leave with:
- Practical active listening and communication skills
- An introduction to circle keeping and facilitation
- Tools to build trust and strengthen relationships
- Greater confidence creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and connected
- New connections with fellow Northwest Arkansas weavers
