In times of uncertainty and transition, we are called to return to ourselves—to breathe, to feel, to remember our inherent resilience and power. Join us for a sacred gathering where we will create a tender, nurturing space to ground, release, and realign with our inner wisdom. This is an invitation to pause, to breathe deeply, and to reconnect with the profound strength that resides within each of us.
Together, we will journey through a carefully curated experience designed to support your nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate inner peace. Led by Trish Brewer, Tina Hamilton, and Maria Winters—each bringing unique healing modalities—we will begin with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, move into a transformative breathwork and reiki session to clear and recalibrate our energy, and then engage in a reflective period of journaling and gentle conversation. We'll conclude by reconnecting with our inner light, reinforcing our individual and collective capacity for courage and compassionate action.

Breathwork is an active, efficient, and effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness.
Our breath offers us the regenerative power to restore what has been wounded or is inactive within us.
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that works with energy that flows through all of us.
Meditation is a sacred pause that invites you to disconnect from the external noise and reconnect with your inner landscape. This is not about silencing your thoughts, but about creating a gentle, spacious container where you can hear the whispers of your soul. Through guided visualization and embodied awareness, you'll be invited to explore your inner wisdom, releasing what no longer serves you and remembering the profound intelligence that resides within.
Reflection is the process to look inward, allowing ourselves to explore and understand our thoughts and emotions. Through intentional journaling, we can uncover and discover our emotional needs, as well as gain clarity on how to work through those emotions. Reflection helps us connect with ourselves, fostering growth and emotional balance.
About the Guides:
Trish Brewer
Trish Brewer is a certified trauma-informed breathwork coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Practitioner. She helps individuals committed to deep inner healing transform their lives by releasing trauma, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Tina Hamilton
Tina Hamilton is a sacred space holder and meditation guide who supports women in reclaiming their innate power through intuitive healing and embodied wisdom. She creates transformative containers for women to reconnect with their inner intelligence, helping them remember their own magic and capacity for healing.
Maria Winters
Maria is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing support to adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Maria is the founder of the Coaching Therapist, LLC, a practice that focuses on bringing wellness education and experiences to the community with the goal to make emotional wellbeing something that everyone prioritizes.
