Weave a USB cable
About this Event
In this three-hour workshop with weaver Emma Wood, you'll take your first steps into the world of electronic textiles (e-textiles) by designing and weaving your own USB charging cable. We'll merge traditional hand-weaving fibres, tools and processes with electronic materials and components to create colourful, flexible cables. You'll be able to choose from a selection of USB connections and will have the chance to test out your cables.
No weaving or electronics experience is required, this workshop is beginner-friendly!
