About this Event

Join us May 9 for a candid conversation about the many hats architectural solopreneurs and small business owners wear and how frequent role-switching can cause stress and reduce well-being. Former journalist and recovering workaholic, certified leadership coach Eleanor Smith (Legs on Dreams Coaching) will guide an interactive discussion on the challenges entrepreneurs and especially creative business owners face. She’ll share critical life lessons from two bouts of burnout and describe the ways she supports herself and her clients to shift mindset and habits to feel better at work and home. You’ll leave with simple yet meaningful practices to lead yourself and your team to success with less anxiety and more joy.
