You're invited to join us for our annual Wear Red Event at the Onawa Community Center as we come together to celebrate and support women's heart health.This year's theme, Strong Women, Strong Hearts, focuses on the strength, resilience, and everyday choices that help women live healthier, fuller lives.
Featured Speaker:
Josh Lander, PT, MPT, Director of Rehab Services, will share practical insight on how movement, prevention, and rehabilitation play a vital role in keeping hearts strong at every stage of life.

Guests are encouraged to wear red and enjoy an informative, uplifting program featuring community vendors and heart-healthy resources. Lunch will be catered by Staley's.
