Ayla Stone is a 25 year old singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Placerville, CA. Her music blurs the lines between Americana, folk, soul, and rock n’ roll. The songs tell about the struggles of real life, love, and her appreciation for nature. Her lyrics and relatable story telling cut deep, tapping into your emotions. Stone has been playing live since she was a child. It has been a dream of hers to collaborate on these songs with other artists. After bringing on band members Bodhi DuLac (guitar, vocals), Sam Feiden (drums), and Rosie Wright (bass, vocals), her music has a new life. Watching Ayla Stone and The Mystic perform live, you will be taken on an odyssey of life through tears, joy, and dancing.
Weapons of Jones is a hard-hitting, alternative rock band from right here in GV. Members Anthony Breazeale (guitar, vocals), Hannah Marie (keyboard, vocals), Rosie Wright (bass, vocals), and Anthony Mondi (drums), bring an evocative emotional experience to the genre. Drawing from a wide range of inspiration, they seek new sounds to complement their heavy rock style.
Listening through their library, you’ll hear influences of psychedelia, goth rock, grunge, prog, metal, and more. Bridged by a dynamic and collaborative songwriting process, the result is a unique sound of their own. Listeners join the band on an introspective storytelling journey that leaves them dancing, singing along, and jonesing for more.
Weapons of Jones has played all over Nevada County, with bands like Follow Me Dark, Michael And The Machines, Furlough Fridays, and many other local favorites, developing a loyal following along the way. Their self-titled album, recorded live in 2023 in Grass Valley, is available on all streaming services.

For this event, seating and service starts at 5:30, music at 6:30. Table service of food and drinks is (quietly) offered before and during the event. This event is on our shady, creekside stage. The creek breeze cools off in the evening: layers are suggested, and we have fresh blankets to share.
We don't 'turn over tables' to serve more diners - you can keep your table for the whole event. So, a sliding cover fee for most shows helps us to better pay and feed the performers, and helps us bring diverse art and cultural events to our community. The sliding cover is $15-25. Thank you for supporting live artists!
PARKING: Pub has free parking. More parking is at corner of Mill & McCourtney, a 2-minute walk. Across from the Pub, French Ave has parking. *Carpooling* is encouraged - our neighbors appreciate it!
