What time does the bus tour begin?
The bus tour will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to approximately 2:00 PM. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and boarding. The bus will depart promptly.

What time will we return?
We are currently scheduled to return at approximately 2:00 PM. Please note that the return time is subject to change depending on traffic, property tour timing, and other circumstances throughout the day. We recommend allowing some flexibility in your afternoon schedule.

Is transportation included?
Yes. Transportation to the scheduled properties throughout the tour is included with your bus tour registration.

Can I drive myself instead of taking the bus?
The event is designed as a group bus tour. If alternative transportation options become available, they will be communicated separately by the Events Team. Please contact us before making your own transportation arrangements.

Will lunch be provided?
No. Lunch will not be provided. We recommend bringing snacks and/or making appropriate food arrangements for the day. Additional information regarding scheduled stops will be provided if applicable.

What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing, as portions of the tour may involve walking through properties or outdoor areas. You may also want to bring water, snacks, a notebook, and something to take notes with.

Yes. Special discounted pricing is available for eligible WealthGenius members and Calgary Real Estate Investor Hub members.
