If you need help with how to do this and want to learn about low cost ways to build wealth and leave something for you kids contact us at Umoja Coworking we have a workshop coming up in October and November with some of our community partners that teaches
-establishing the idea of estates and family wealth
-protecting estates
-monetizing on estates so that your family benefits
-overcoming imminent domain attempts from the past or current
-setting up different types of trusts
-different types of life insurance
-setting up businesses to benefit your kids
-bonds, savings, and CDs
-setting up accounts for your kids
-low cost land and real estate acquisition
-documenting family stories and saving valuable documents
-wills and power of attorneys
-family stories/photos/important documents preservation
-7 streams of income
-Information and resource sharing from other people in our community on what they did
-and more
If we can shop for clothes and shoes, attend events, get our hair done and take trips we can set aside $10-50 a month to benefit our families future. Yes, we are about to ask you to invest a small amount of your kids PFD into them for some long term benefits (if you are able otherwise we have other supports to help you start)

We know times are hard and families are doing the best they can (when my kids were little i had every resource imaginable) but we are excited to be a resource and meet folks where they are at with generational wealth development and busting down wealth gaps and poverty mindsets! There is nothing wrong with wanting more for your family. Some rich people want you to feel bad about wanting more to keep you poor! Don't fall for it, let's change our own narrative and use it to do good.
Umoja Coworking is putting it's money where it's mouth is and working on helping with low cost and free solutions
