Shannon Aronson has been with Keller Williams since 2006, first as an agent, and currently
in leadership. In her current role as Executive Team Leader for market centers in Montclair,
Summit and Westfield, she and her team support over 600 agents in their quest to build lives worth living and careers worth owning.
Shannon has unmatched dedication for helping agents scale their careers, and utilize real
estate investment strategies to build massive wealth, passive income streams, and leave
their desired legacies. To this end, she designed and teaches a curriculum allowing realtors to take full advantage of their front row seats in the real estate world.
As a real estate investor for more than 20 years, Shannon has purchased over $100M (576 doors) worth of multi-family properties as a General Partner, and is also a Limited Partner in $150M of multi-family assets. In 2022, she co-founded WAAV RE to provide a platform through which she could share opportunities and guide others in investing in real estate passively.
Additionally, Shannon has been actively involved in flipping homes, and buying rental properties since 1996. She has a ton of fun doing it!
Shannon and her husband David co-founded Solstice 620, a 501(c) 3 foundation that performs humanitarian work in Guatemala caring for people who live in extreme poverty. They are currently building a medical and dental wellness center named after David’s father, Harold, in the mountains near El Progresso, Guatemala. Shannon is grateful that her success in real estate investing has been the launchpad for making this possible.
She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and has a Master's Degree from New York University. Shannon is also the author of Don't Give It Away.
