See brand new DC bands share their original music and support the next generation of rock stars!We Rock! Camp is DC's finest retreat for adults to explore their creativity and connect with their inner rock star. In just two days, campers learn a new instrument, form a band, and write an original song. At the Showcase, they'll perform their new music just for you!
We Rock! Camp is the adult version of Girls Rock! DC's Summer Camp, a program for young folks to build connections and express themselves through music. All the proceeds from this event go to supporting Girls Rock! DC's youth programs, so we can encourage the next generation of rock stars!
This event is held IN-PERSON. Doors open for the live show at 1pm, and the show starts at 2pm! Masks and proof of vaccination are required at The Pocket.
Accessibility: There are stairs into building. There is no seating, but limited folding chairs are available by request. There are two ADA-sized bathrooms on the first floor of the building.
Health and Safety: In order to protect The Pocket's staff, patrons, and traveling bands and comply with city-wide mandates, proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test result is required in order to attend. Masks must be worn at all times in the venue when not actively eating, drinking, or performing.
