We Outside: A Hiking Experience

We’re ready to scream from the mountaintops just how much we love each of you – more specifically, we’ll be shouting from atop Sugarloaf Mountain Hike. Come scream for joy, scream for FUN, and scream for FRIENDS too!

What kind of trail will we be blazing? We rate this trail Moderate. Mileage 5.5 miles.

Trail Highlights

• Panoramic Hudson River views
• Scenic Castle Rock overlook
• Discover wild mushrooms along the trail
• Unique bamboo grove sections

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes equipped for hiking. You’re also encouraged to pack water, snacks + lunch, and your positive energy and attitude.

Public Transportation (Metro-North)

• Meet-up Location: World Clock, Grand Central Terminal
• Meet-up Time: 7:30 AM
• Train Departure: 7:50 AM (Hudson Line → Garrison Station)
• Return Train: 3:55 PM from Garrison

Ticket: Purchase a round-trip ticket to Garrison via the MTA TrainTime App or station machines.
