Whether you're a seasoned Working Equitation competitor or merely someone who would like to learn more about the sport, we have an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in learning coming up this summer!
Participation limited to Youth between the ages of 12-18 years old.
Each day, you'll have the opportunity to take part in individual and group lessons focusing on Working Equitation Dressage and Obstacles.
You're welcome to bring a tent and camp out on site (tent, sleeping mat or cot, and sleeping bag not provided), or commute to the facility each day and home at night.
Sunday - July 26
Please plan to arrive after lunch, around 12:30 pm. If your horse is staying for the week, you'll have time to get him/her settled into their stall for the week, and then we'll get started with a group session in the obstacle field!
5:30 pm - gather in the Alonzo/Hansen house to go over the same lessons that judges go over when they are learning to judge the sport. Discuss the nuances of what judges are looking for at each of the obstacles, and try to identify areas where you and your horse could improve.
