We Met at Game Night: The Bass

If you haven’t experienced them, you’ve heard about them: We Met in Miami’s Game Nights are legendary.

We play timed rounds in random small groups with shuffle moments and facilitated conversations, energizing the relaxed fun of gameplay with dynamic social interaction.

On Saturday, March 28, we’re bringing our most popular event to Collins Park on South Beach for The Bass' signature spring celebration: Art Outside Annual Picnic.

Wear your garden party best and bring your most charming picnic spread for this early evening experience. We’ll be there with picnic blankets and games, facilitating connection for adults 21+ seeking love, friendship and/or community.

At We Met in Miami events, we wear wristbands that show others who we are and what we’re looking for (choose one, two or all three):

💙 blue for friendship

🌈 rainbow for members of the LGBTQIA+ community

💌 if you meet someone special, we’ll help you reconnect after the event

Here’s what to expect:

4 p.m. Check in opens. Look for the We Met in Miami table when you arrive at Collins Park. Check in, choose your wristbands and make your name tags. Enjoy live music and hands-on artmaking activities while exploring the picnic extravaganza.

4:45 p.m. Opening. Head back to our section for our opening introductions and a paired icebreaker.

5 p.m. Games begin. We’ll play two rounds of games in random small groups with a shuffle moment in between.

6:15 p.m. Conversation round. In our final group, we’ll settle in for more intimate facilitated conversations.

6:50 p.m. Say cheese. Let’s capture the moment with a group photo.

7 p.m. Event end. Meet someone cool? Fill out a Connection Card! If you match, we’ll reconnect you after the event.
