We Met at a Marlins Game

Root, root, root for the home team! Make new friends and connections while cheering on the Miami Marlins at LoanDepot Park on Sat., Sept. 13.

A Marlins baseball game would be fun no matter what — and we’re going to sprinkle some We Met in Miami magic on it!

We’ll kick it off with a pregame social hour and icebreakers in the Blue Moon Brew Hall.

We’ve got a whole section to ourselves in the stadium — but don’t get too comfy! We’ll be shuffling seats after the third and sixth innings, so everyone gets a chance to mix and mingle throughout the game.

At We Met in Miami events, we wear wristbands that show others who we are and what we’re looking for (choose one, two or all three):

Here’s what to expect:

2:30 p.m. Arrival. Meet us at the Blue Moon Brew Hall. Check in, choose your wristbands, and make a name tag. Grab a beer and start mingling.

3:15 p.m. Opening. We’ll start with a few introductions and an opening icebreaker. Then we’ll have some free time for mingling before the game.

4:10 p.m. Take me out to the ball game! The Miami Marlins face off against the Detroit Tigers. We’ll shuffle seats after the third and sixth innings!

Roughly 7 p.m. Game ends. Meet someone cool? Drop your Connection Card in the Matchbox on your way out. If you match, we’ll help you reconnect.
