We Hike to Heal - Marietta, GA, FREE Women's Group Hike

We'll be hiking the Sope Creek Short Loop trail at Sope Creek Paper Mill Ruins Park which is a 2 mile trail just 18 miles North of Atlanta. This is an easy hike with beautiful views along Sope Creek inthe Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race.

We will have several planned stops along our hike to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and have some discussions, journaling, and meditation!

Restroom Facilities: NO RESTROOMS, please use facilites at nearby businesses beforehand

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
