We're sooooo sad to say goodbye to the Spirit of CrossFit Playground, Heather Rutherford! Heather joined us in 2021, a wonderful gift, a beautiful person inside and out, an athlete to look up to, and a true friend. Heather is making the move to New Jersey with her husband Erik and gosh, we're going to miss her so much! Luckily she's not too far away so we're hoping for an occasional visit here and there :)Please join us for a WOD in her honor on Sunday August 6. One big community WOD at 8:30am followed by a bite and some bevs. Although this is not her last day with us, we know it's coming soon and we wanted to show her how much she means to us and our community. Please come out if you can - we're sure it would mean a lot to her!
