WE ARE PEOPLE FALLING
in this course we will study and research contact improvisation as a space of questions and we will approach CI as a practice of constant falling.
Exploring our body from the inner to the outer space, we will move between somatics,material for the spine and collevtive dancing rituals.
We will deeply research RELATIONS
with the planet earth
with our breathing
with gravity
with the space
with others.
Dance as a way of being with, we will dance exploring Contact improvisation as a space of curiosity and endless research within the world we are living in.
the space is a space open to all people, is a queer space and we invite diversities to be part of it.
the classes will take place every wednesdsy,
17/30-19:15 for people with a basic experience in CI
19:15-21 for new comers/open level
from 25th september till 18th dicember 2024
and from march till may 2025.

Esplorando il nostro corpo dallo spazio interno allo spazio esterno, ci muoveremo tra somatica, material for the spine e rituali di danza collettiva.
Faremo ricerche approfondite sulle RELAZIONI
con il pianeta terra
con il nostro respiro
con la gravità
con lo spazio
con le/gli altr*
Ricercheremo la danza come un modo di essere con,
danzeremo esplorando la Contact Improvisation come uno spazio di curiosità e ricerca infinita all'interno del mondo in cui viviamo.
il programma si svolgerà ogni mercoledì,
17/30-19:15 per persone con un'esperienza di base in CI
19:15-21 per nuovi arrivati/livello aperto
dal 25 settembre al 18 dicembre 2024
e da marzo a maggio 2025.
