The month of June, we are honouring refugee and newcomer stories, we will be screening films created and curated by Warda Youssouf.

Warda Youssouf is the organizer of House of Arts and filmmaker. Recent Newcomer from Djibouti. Warda graduated from POV3rdst Media training program, OYA emerging filmmaker program, ArtworksTO and most recently Black Women in Film Producers Residency. She spent the last few years engaging her local communities through curating story-telling shows, festivals and art therapy events.
