Clare is back this week, and willing to tackle a massive six new songs to make up a playlist of bands with brothers and sisters:
• NEW: Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree: The Andrews Sisters (1942) A bit old even for us, but t'will get us into the mood for our set at Pickering's 1940s Weekend on Sunday 12th October. This is now confirmed as being at 3pm.

• NEW: Good Vibrations: The Beach Boys (1966)
• NEW: Manic Monday: The Bangles (1986)
• NEW: We Are Family: Sister Sledge (1979)
• NEW: Blame It on the Boogie: The Jacksons (1978)
Then we've much to enjoy from our existing catalogue, ranging from The Bay City Rollers, through The Bee Gees to Oasis. Our Guilty Pleasure will be an offering from The Nolans with lots of satisfying oohs.

We're the choir for people who can't get all the right notes in the right order!
Come and get the endorphin-boosting benefits of group singing, without the pressure. We rattle through popular songs, from the 50s to the present day.
We usually meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.
Contact us if you have any questions, but feel free to turn up at 7.15pm! It's a case of going down the wide passageway to the left of the Methodist Church.
Newcomers are very welcome. Pay only £12 for your first session including registration with the choir. (Unless you know someone in the choir in which case you can tryout as a guest with them first, for £7 though it all works out similarly in the end.)
Thereafter it's £9 "pay as you go" or you can book a term which works out as the equivalent of £7 a session.
Includes hot chocolate & Wagon Wheel, tea & KitKat, coffee & Club biscuit, or such like. Please bring your own mug if convenient, otherwise we have disposable ones you can use.
