WDET Presents Sounds Like Detroit 2024

Detroit Public Radio 101.9 WDET presents the 2024 Sounds Like Detroit concert, featuring the top five Detroit Tiny Desk Contest winners!

Join us on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at New Center Park for a musical showcase of Detroit Tiny Desk Contest talent hosted by WDET's MI Local host Jeff Milo!

Your vote decides who will perform at Sounds Like Detroit. Vote now through July 2 at wdet.org/tinydesk.

Gates open at 6 p.m. and music starts promptly at 7 p.m.

Food trucks and beverages will be on-site.

This is a BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR OR BLANKET-style event. Seating is not guaranteed.

The show is located at New Center Park, 2998 W Grand Blvd in Detroit. Street parking is available.
