Long appreciated for its beautiful flowers and evening scent, Dame’s Rocket has escaped cultivation and quickly became a W**d. Join us as we visit our new Stockwell Woods property and work to keep Dame’s Rocket under control! Invasive species removal is a great way to get an intimate look at the preserve while helping to ensure that native plants and wildlife can continue to thrive here.Be prepared to work outside. We recommend long sleeves and long socks to prevent insect bites/stings. Conditions on the workday may be wet and will likely be hot. We will provide all the necessary equipment, gear, light snacks, and water. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle.
