📍 Summer conditioning kicked off, April 28th and runs through July 9th

⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM
📌 Hudson Park
This is a FREE event and open to ALL athletes! We’ll be working with both football 🏈 & cheerleading 📣, so come ready to put in the work and have some fun!
👉 What to bring:
• Cool, comfortable clothing
• Tennis shoes or cleats
• Plenty of water / Gatorade 💧
• Towel / mat for core workouts (Cheerleading)
