• Parking & Shuttle: Park at Barefoot Resort per signs; a looping shuttle brings you to the ticket office for check-in/wristbands and returns you to parking after the cruise.
• Punctuality: Arrive early and allow for potential drawbridge delays. You must be onboard 5 minutes before departure; the cruise leaves promptly at 4:30 PM. No refunds for late arrivals.
• Attire: Family-appropriate. Stiletto heels discouraged for safety (heel caps may be required).
• Beverages: Fully stocked bar available for purchase (21+ with valid ID).
• Gratuity: Not included; appreciated for crew/performers.
• Accessibility: Guests with mobility considerations, please contact the box office in advance and review FAQs on the Barefoot Queen website for parking/boarding guidance.
• Food Policy: No substitutions; no outside food or drink.
• Weather/Minimums: Trips require minimum headcount; you will be contacted to reschedule if minimums aren’t met.
