Big news: Women’s Circle Brunch is now the Women’s Circle Brunch Experience (WCBE) — and we’re not stopping at a new name. We’re expanding from one day a year to a whole new way to connect, all year long. First up? A brand new leadership initiative you don’t want to miss.
Introducing the WCBE Leadership Circle — an intimate quarterly brunch where women executives pour back into the women coming up behind them. Real conversation on overcoming challenges, finding resources, and connecting to the people who help you keep growing. No stage. No spectators. Just honest conversation, real access, and a seat at the table that’s actually yours.

This August, we’re kicking things off with our very first theme: Owning the Room.
So many of us know what it’s like to walk into a meeting, a boardroom, or a room full of people who don’t look like us — and shrink a little to make it more comfortable for everyone else. Owning the Room is about the opposite: speaking up instead of staying quiet, negotiating for what you’re worth, and walking in like you already belong — because you do.
It’s the conversation that sets the tone for everything else we’ll cover in future Leadership Circles. Before you can lead a team, close a deal, or sit on a board, you have to know how to hold your presence in the room. That’s what this first brunch is about.
