The company will be hosting a hiring event at our processing facility, located at 2081 Sanderson Way in Kinston, on Tuesday, May 2 through Wednesday, May 3. Job seekers can attend the hiring event anytime between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. each day, but only candidates who RSVP to attend event and apply for a line operator position online at https://wayne-sanderson.com/3L5G2jR will be granted entry at the event. The company will be offering plant tours to candidates. Candidates should wear closed-toe shoes for plant tour. If a conditional job offer is made, additional health screenings are required and will be conducted on-site, and a valid photo identification is required for this process.

Entry-level employees begin earning $17.35 per hour on first shift with pay increasing to $18.85 per hour on second and third shifts. While terms and conditions will apply, most entry-level plant production positions also qualify for a $1,500 sign and stay bonus earned over a 90-day period.
