Way of working inspiration workshop

An afternoon full of inspiration on how to organize and work together. Full of the latest insights on creating fun teamwork, boosting culture, achieving your goals, and effective organizational structures. Translated to games and simulations so you experience it yourself.

The latest years we have seen a revolution in the workplace on way of working. With new approaches like different agile approaches, self-managing team methodologies, goal setting with OKRs, hybrid workplaces, digital collaboration tools and many more.

At OrganizationBuilders we help teams and organizations work better together. We use inspiration from the latest methodologies, go beyond the hype of new terminology and make them work together with you.

We combine short bits of theory with simulations and exercises. Together with the other participants you work together as a team on several challenges and get hands-on experience with these techniques.

We are hosted by Fronteer. A cool strategy and ?innovation firm that pioneers with their Way of Working for years. One of their leads will do a Q&A with us on their way of working journey! This story is a great combination with the theory and exercises and will inspire you even more.

• This workshop will be held in English or dutch depending on the participants.
• This workshop is a small group event with a maximum of 18 participants.
• You are welcome as of 1 pm and the workshop starts at 1:30 pm sharp.
• We will end the workshop at 5 pm and invite you to join us for drinks afterward.

It's a 30 min boat + walk from Amsterdam central station, and there are free parking spaces around their office (please allow some parking + walking time as well).
