Ripples. A special one-off event from the team behind Sunderland’s Waves Festival.
This November we’re keeping the spirit of Waves alive with Ripples, a two-stage showcase of exciting new music across both rooms at Independent. Expect a vibrant mix of established and emerging artists from across the UK alongside incredible homegrown talent from right here in the North East.
Ripples is about celebrating discovery, bringing people together, and giving a platform to the best new sounds around. Whether you’re a regular at Waves or joining us for the first time, this intimate off-year event is the perfect way to dive into Sunderland’s thriving live music scene.
