Join us each third Thursday at 6:30 PM for a Healing Sound Bath—an immersive experience where sacred frequencies guide you into deep rest and energetic renewal.
Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will carry you into a meditative state, helping to calm the nervous system, balance brainwaves, and promote emotional clarity.
