Waves of Change Women’s Leadership Luncheon with Brooke Shields

This year’s event will honor two exceptional women who embody the spirit of leadership and empowerment:

• Brooke Shields – Award-winning actress,author, model, and mental health advocate, receiving the Helen Gordon Davis Women’s Leadership Award for her advocacy in mental health and women’s empowerment.

• Dr. Moira J. Burke – Renowned ophthalmologist , clinical professor, and philanthropist, receiving the 2025 Waves of Change Award for her decades of compassionate service and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of women and children in Tampa Bay.

• Recognition of Dr. Moira J Burke: Celebrate her groundbreaking contributions as a physician, philanthropist, and community advocate.
