Wave of Light 2026
About this Event
Wave of Light
is a heartfelt, global event held annually on October 15th to honor babies lost during pregnancy and infancy. As part of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, families light candles at 7 PM local time, creating a continuous wave of light across the world—a quiet, unified moment of remembrance, healing, and support.
Join us on Saturday October 10, 2026 from 12:00-1:30pm at the Matsu Health Foundation (room to be announced).
Stephanie will offer a brief education on grief and will create a safe space for sharing as you navigate loss. Supplies will be provided to decorate your own candle, with space for sharing and quiet connection for those who wish to participate. There will be a memory table available if you should like to bring a photo or linking object to share. Group sharing is never mandatory, there is always healing in listening to others as well.
Please RSVP by October 8th for purposes of supplies & planning
