WAUPS June Meeting - AGMIt’s AGM time again but we will host a general meeting before the AGM where we will announce the winners of the Image of the Year, Humour and the results for May Pixels.
The order of business for the AGM will be:
Welcome and apologies
Confirmation of the minutes from the 2023 AGM (click here to read)
Matters arising from the last AGM
Annual report from the Committee
Presentation of the accounts and balance sheet for the Club’s financial year
Membership fees for 2025/26
Election of committee members and acknowledgement of outgoing committee members
General business
Club members may raise matters for the agenda in writing by 5.00 pm Friday 21 June.
