WATSU® is the original nurturing Aquatic Bodywork, involving presence, breath, heart connection, flowing movement, massage, and stillness in warm water

WATSU® 50- hour intensive training course.
• Principles: water, breath connectivity, body mechanics, safety
• Basic Positions and Moves: moving with the breath, basic moves and sequence
• Intermediate Positions and Moves: transition flow moves and sequence
• Care of Receiver: floats, head support, unconditional giving
• Self-Care: ears, skin, skeletal-muscular, nervous system
• Credit: 50 hours WABA credit toward certification
WABA = Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association
Watsu 1(50 hr) = Basic Watsu (16 hr) + Transition Flow (34 hr)
